Hawaiian Glaze Salmon Served with Sautéed Kale & Spinach & Steamed Broccoli

Ingredients
- 4 oz. Salmon
- 4 Steamed Broccoli
- 3tbsp. Honey Ketchup Soy Sauce
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 3 minced garlic Gloves
- ½ tbsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. red pepper
- ½ small Onion
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 bag of fresh baby Spinach
- 1 bag of Fresh chopped kale
- 2 minced Fresh Garlic gloves
- 1 tablespoon of liquid Amino
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
For Hawaiian Glaze sauce
For Sautéed Kale and Spinach
Directions
- For Hawaiian Glaze sauce: Combine pineapple juice, Honey Ketchup Soy Sauce, minced garlic Gloves, onion powder and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer. Let it cook a bit until the sauce thickens.
- For Sautéed Kale and Spinach: Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion sauté for 30 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients to the pot; mix well. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Hawaiian Salmon: Preheat oven at 375 degrees, Baked the Salmon all the way through with Sauce or you can pan-sear it on 2 min on each side then put in the oven for 5 min topped with Glaze
- Served Glazed Salmon with Sautéed Kale & Spinach and Steamed Broccoli.
