Hawaiian Glaze Salmon Served with Sautéed Kale & Spinach & Steamed Broccoli

  • 4 oz. Salmon
  • 4 Steamed Broccoli
  • For Hawaiian Glaze sauce

  • 3tbsp. Honey Ketchup Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 minced garlic Gloves
  • ½ tbsp. onion powder
  • For Sautéed Kale and Spinach

  • ½ tsp. red pepper
  • ½ small Onion
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 bag of fresh baby Spinach
  • 1 bag of Fresh chopped kale
  • 2 minced Fresh Garlic gloves
  • 1 tablespoon of liquid Amino
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • For Hawaiian Glaze sauce: Combine pineapple juice, Honey Ketchup Soy Sauce, minced garlic Gloves, onion powder and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer. Let it cook a bit until the sauce thickens.
  • For Sautéed Kale and Spinach: Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion sauté for 30 seconds. Add the remaining ingredients to the pot; mix well. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • Hawaiian Salmon: Preheat oven at 375 degrees, Baked the Salmon all the way through with Sauce or you can pan-sear it on 2 min on each side then put in the oven for 5 min topped with Glaze
  • Served Glazed Salmon with Sautéed Kale & Spinach and Steamed Broccoli.
